Questions from UAE
Can I buy in Bengaluru while living in Dubai?
Yes. NRIs can buy residential and commercial property in India without RBI approval. Agricultural land and farmhouses are generally excluded.
Is Dubai or Bengaluru the better investment?
Dubai offers higher rental yields and a dollar-pegged currency; Bengaluru offers job-driven growth with no currency risk for rupee earners. Many families hold both.
Can you help me buy in Dubai from India?
Yes. We explain the route under RBI's Liberalised Remittance Scheme, the costs, and how to judge developers, and offer an independent second opinion before you commit.
