Most property content is written to sell a project. Honour Estates exists to do the opposite: to look at Bengaluru honestly, compare it with the rest of the world, and say what I actually think.
I work with a small number of investors, NRI families and businesses each year. Where I earn a referral fee from a developer, I say so upfront. Where I think you shouldn't buy, I say that too.
